Oulesse® HP is a cement-free mineral binder for ready-mix concrete applications. It combines a cement-free activator with finely milled mixed demolition waste and develops strength through hydraulic reactions. By reusing up to 400 kg of mixed demolition waste per tonne of binder, Oulesse® HP can reduce the carbon footprint by up to 70% compared with conventional CEM I cement.

It can be used with conventional concrete mix designs and established production processes, allowing concrete producers to manufacture cement-free concrete with familiar equipment for mixing, transport, pumping and casting.
