Cement-free
Sustainable Construction
& Affordable Housing
Our cement-free binders and activators offer an eco-friendly alternative to traditional cement, promoting the resource-efficient use of waste materials from the construction industry. Based on an innovative blend of mineral salts and reused clay or demolition waste, our products are versatile and ideal for various applications.
At Oxara we believe that collaboration is key to drive positive change. That’s why we work hand-in-hand with industry players, planners, and real estate developers to promote the use of sustainable building materials.
The construction industry is a major contributor to CO₂ emissions and generates large amounts of waste. Oxara addresses these challenges with cement-free binders that avoid carbon emissions and enable the reuse of mineral waste materials from the industry.
All our products follow a common principle: transforming mineral waste from the construction industry into sustainable building materials. By combining waste with our innovative blend of mineral salts, we create cement-free binders for a wide range of applications - reducing waste, lowering CO₂ emissions, and promoting circular construction.
Developed in collaboration with trusted production partners and available through selected distributors.
A range of cement-free concretes made with the Oulesse® binder. Developed and produced together with KIBECO (KIBAG), they reuse finely ground mineral construction waste - enabling low-carbon building and closing material loops.
Available via KIBECO
Cement-free clay concrete (poured earth) made with the Nossim activator. Developed by KIBECO (KIBAG), it is ideal for floor applications, non-load-bearing walls, and composite applications with wood. Natural, aesthetic, and versatile in application.
Available via KIBECO
Stabilised compressed earth blocks made with natural clay and the Loko activator. Produced by Terrabloc, they offer a low-carbon alternative for interior walls and elements. The clay regulates humidity, creating a healthy indoor climate and a warm, natural atmosphere.
Available via Terrabloc
The all-rounder for paths, courtyards, and driveways. With the Oulesse® binder replacing most cement, they offer the same look and durability - with a much lower CO₂ footprint.
Available via CREABETON
Ideal for areas needing efficient rainwater drainage. These cement-reduced pavers combine sustainability, performance, and long-lasting stability while reducing surface sealing.
Available via CREABETON
Where functionality meets greenery. Their open-cell design allows grass growth and permeability - perfect for parking areas, storage spaces, or fire access roads.

Here are some of our favourite projects - pushing boundaries, rethinking materials, and proving that sustainable construction can be smart, practical, and impactful.
Oulesse® concrete is a milestone in construction material history. It’s the first cement-free concrete to meet the strength and standards of conventional concrete.
Civil engineering involves large volumes of materials. That’s why innovative approaches and sustainable solutions do have a major impact in our field. We are committed to working with experts and researchers to explore new paths toward sustainable and ecological construction. Our collaboration with Oxara is both inspiring and purposeful.
Concrete and cement are key to decarbonizing the construction industry. We’re convinced that Oxara’s products can play a crucial role in driving this transformation.
