Pascal holds a degree in civil engineering from the University of Sherbrooke in Canada, complemented by a diploma recognition from the Authority for Science and Research of the Free and Hanseatic City of Hamburg, Germany, and an MBA from the University of Bradford. He has built his career across the environmental, construction, minerals, and chemical distribution sectors, taking on senior management roles with a strong focus on operations and growth.

Pascal joined Oxara as Chief Operating Officer with the goal to scale the company’s activities and driving its industrial expansion. He is driven by the opportunity to turn waste streams into valuable construction materials and to advance circular, cement-free solutions within the industry.
